I’m a mum too – I’ve been in the same position and experienced first-hand how hard it was to go from focusing on the kids to focusing on feeling strong, confident and fit again.
Our MumFit program is structured to help you slowly introduce fitness back into your day, then allows you to choose the level of exercise you want once your confidence, fitness and strength grows.
With over 25 years’ experience in nursing, I am also very aware of the physical complications that mums can experience post pregnancy and I can guide you through the right kinds of exercises to begin your fitness journey again.
