Designed to give bursts of high intensity moves with little rest periods in between to really maximise the time. These sessions include a brief warmup and stretch at the end.

Fitness level: Moderate (includes low and high impact options to decrease or increase the intensity)

Duration: 30 mins

Equipment: 2 dumbbells or anything similar you can find at home.

There are also many pure cardio sessions available on demand - no equipment required! Great for when you are away or don’t have access to weights.

A combination of upper, lower and full body strength moves, and abdominal exercises. You will develop strong bones, manage your weight, and even boost your mood! Most of the exercises are low impact but you will definitely feel the burn!

Fitness level: Moderate

Duration: 30 mins

Equipment: 2 dumbbells or anything similar you can find at home.

I you are a new mum returning to fitness, these classes are for you! These sessions are a combination of full body strength moves, and pelvic-floor friendly abdominal exercises. Fun, efficient workouts for you to do from the comfort of home, you can focus on yourself and start to feel your best.
